Directions:

• White flesh Sashimi

• • Coat the fillet in Little Tuna’s Citrus Salt.
  • For maximum flavour, cover and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Cut into thin slices and serve immediately.
  • An excellent companion to Little Tuna’s Sashimi rub on Tuna or Salmon.
