Directions:

- Grab yourself a delicious fresh fillet of Australian caught Sashimi fish (we recommend Australian caught Yellow Fin Tuna).
- Coat the fillet in Little Tuna’s Sashimi Rub.
- For maximum flavour, cover and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Cut into thin slices and serve immediately.
- An excellent companion to Little Tuna’s Citrus Salt rub on Tuna or Salmon.
