Returns, Delivery and Dispatch Policy:

Deliveries Returned to Us

  • Occasionally an order will be returned to us for one of the following reasons:
    • A card was left but there was no response from the recipient to arrange re-delivery.
    • A card was left but the recipient did not pick the package up from the post office or newsagent.
    • The recipient is not known at that address or has moved.
    • The address details are incorrect or insufficient.
    • The delivery was refused.
    • There was no access to a secure building or complex to deliver or leave a card.
    • The courier could not contact the recipient and there was nowhere safe to leave the parcel.
  • If a parcel has an incorrect address, our couriers are unable to call the recipient to verify, and instead the parcel will be returned to us.
  • Orders cannot be re-directed while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address.
  • An applicable redelivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the order to the same or an alternative address.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • We are proud of the quality and presentation of our products and do everything we can to ensure that every fish fanatic is happy with their delivery.
  • In the event that your delivery or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected]
  • We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product and find a solution.
  • If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us we will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping.
  • We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.
  • Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original card or Paypal account used.

Cancellation or Change of Mind

  • Our orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days of the order being received, and it is advisable that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, to contact us immediately [email protected]
  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.
  • Unfortunately, due to food safety we cannot return items for change of mind however, Special consideration may be considered under certain circumstances.
  • The return must be received within 30 days of the original date of dispatch.

Payment

  • Full payment must be made prior to delivery or as per invoice terms. This includes delivery charges.

Returns Policy

  • Refunds are assessed on an individual basis.
  • Refunds may only be offered on damaged items before delivery.
  • It is the customers responsibility to report damaged goods upon delivery.
  • Customers may be required to provide photo of damaged goods.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary.
  • Products are delivered using Australia Post. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $10.00 and will be added to the order total before checkout.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days -extra days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location. Please refer to updates and recommended delivery dates regarding any pre-order items.
  • The risk of the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer or his agent or to a transport company nominated by the Customer.
  • The Customer shall be fully responsible for any loss or damage to the goods whatsoever and howsoever caused following delivery.

Return to sender parcels

  • Any parcels returned to Little Tuna (returned to sender) shall be returned at a cost to the customer. This can be due to:
    • Incorrect delivery details provided
    • Failure to deliver
    • Failure to collect
    • Or any other reason outside of Little Tuna’s control

Cancellation

  • The Customer may not cancel or suspend any part of an order or sale without written consent.
